Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a student housing community in Sacramento, Ca. It is a luxury housing community with all the bells and whistles! We are steps from Sac State and provide student housing steps from campus. It is located on 1325 65th Street which is why the name is Academy 65. We'd like the logo to also look good in one color-black or white but colored as well (1-3 colors max). I have attached the building rendering and also the style guide for what we are going for in the interior.
