Brief de Design de Logo

We need a brand new logo. We have decided to rebrand our apartment complex with new Managment and new owners. We want to convey hip and fun and tie in some colors with a cool new logo that is representative of the new ownership. The complex is three two story buildings with courtyards in the middle of each building. If you want to incorporate buildings into the logo, there are three buildings.
