Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design for a small brewery in Fairbanks, Alaska. The definition of the name Aufeis is as follows; German for "ice on top" is a sheet-like mass of layered ice that forms from successive flows of ground water during freezing temperatures. This form of ice is also called overflow, icings, or the Russian term, naled. The term was first used in 1859 by A. T. von Middendorff following his observations of the phenomenon in northern Siberia.[1][2]. Anything involving ice or icicles would be great since actual Aufeis is a bit abstract. Incorporating a barrel, hops or hop, and barley would be ideal. Different shades of blue, gray and black would be a good color scheme. Mountain scenes and northern tree species, ie. birch and spruce can also be included. Also a possibility to be incorporated would be the stars of the Alaskan flag which is the big dipper constellation along with the north star, and a crescent moon could be good too. One thought is to have a a mountain scene that funneled down into an icicle covered barrel similar to the attached image of a barrel covered in tree roots from Wild Earth. A vertical orientation of the barrel might be good and having the barrel slowly taper into a hop cone similar to the other attached image would be interesting as well. We are very open to any other ideas this is just an initial thought of some logos we like. Hops and barley can be side notes with more of a focus on a barrel and ice. Attached are also some other logo styles that we find appealing stylistically. There is both appeal in minimalist and modern as well as slightly more in depth and classic so interpretations are welcome.
