Brief de Design de Logo

We are a young motivated farming family commencing a new business venture, although our families have been involved in Ag for the last 5 generations. The buisness grows sheep and cattle for domestic and export markets and we practice sustainable/biological farming by trying to eliminate synthetic fertilisers and chemicals, instead we use mostly compost to grow our grass. We are looking for a simplistic yet elegant logo that is easily identifiable. Our current thinking is a white background with black writing and trying to incorporate some green into it for our "clean and green, nutritious and delicious" image. We want something that can be easily embroidered onto a shirt or hat that people will immediately identify with our buisness.
