Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for NAC
On behalf of the board of Nordic Adoption Council I am asking about for a logo to our non-profit organization.

I assume that the first step is to make an intro of what the NAC organization really is and what it does:
In the Nordic countries the inter-country adoption is organized by separate member-organizations that is controlled by the central authorities. The Nordic countries have between 1-3 adoption organizations in each country.
These organizations have formed the Nordic Adoption Council. It was purposely established to achieve a better co-operation between the nordic organizations and to solve common obstacles and to stand united for a stronger validity.
NAC has it own web page(www.nordicadoption.org), which is visited more or less by NAC members only (and translated to the language of Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland and the Faroe Islands).

So, do you have ideas for a logo…
