Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a Health Coach business based in Spain. I help women in the age of 30-50 to finally reach their health goals (loose weight, stop smoking, eat healthy and balanced, exercise, take care of the mind, get confident). I offer one-on-one coaching sessions as well as an online program. I would like to see designs that use the colours blue (sea blue) in combination with white or lighter blue. The name of the business is Ahora Sí con Sacha, which means "now yes, with Sacha". We all know what to do to live healthy (eat vegetables, move daily, no smoking etc), but many times we are not doing it, I focus on going from knowing to actually doing. I would like a simple logo that shows clarity, confidence and strength.
