Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a smart professional logo for a painting business. called Patterson painting & Decorating maybe work with PP&D in the logo then have the full name under the logo. Want something that stands out so I can get it put on my car. And that is clear and easy to read. Could also try working with paint equipment paint brush and rollers eat something that will look good on my Ute and on letter head qoutes and invoices.
I have a dark green /blue Ute so want something that will stand out on that.
Would also like to see some abstract picture logo with Patterson painting and decorating next to it.
