Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new alliance of freestanding emergency rooms. Since all freestanding emergency rooms use the medical cross in some form in their own logos, and since this organization is a "coming together" of these ERs, we would like to see a logo design that is a mosaic of medical crosses. Any other ideals that would be ideal for this alliance showing the "coming together" aspects would be considered, as well. Colors can include traditional reds, blues, but softened with grays or any other ideas.
