Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need an attention grabbing T shirt to go with my book, attached. The book is called I am Church and I would like to have the hand that the girl is holding out on the cover to be the center of the T shirt. I sketched a mock up. I'd like to stick with the book colors, at least of the text. I'd like to have an attention getting design that is simple and will promote the book.
The target of my book is millennials and those who've left church or those who are beginning to have questions.
What i'm interested in seeing is that image in the background of the picture with the pierced hand of the girl brought into the foreground of the picture like the attached picture. But i'm interested in other ideas also.
At the base of the design i'd like to include the words:
"Convert your Passion into Praise!"

Id like for the design to go onto a black or grey t shirt.

• possible you could incorporate the image of the front cover integrating the cover image into the t shirt
