Hello Dear all Designers

I am who Design Crowd declarate as Winner design, Designer.

I am sure all we are wait this Project close since 2018 . And of time several times ago, Design Crowd Consultant Jeiel, choice winner. I send all source files as well.

After two days, i saw on the project page, they take back my winner design. I send email for ask what happen and why you reopen project and whats going on the project, again same person Jeiel send me one email, like i am exact winner and he put on the project page CANT CHANGE THIS .....

I waited till today, and i ask few times last week what happened payments and also what is situation, nobody didnot give me answer. From DC or from CH .....Strange

Today, approx half hour ago i receive Charity, amount like 250 usd ! Now i wanted to ask all 750+ designers
What do you think about me and what i lived and how work DC Consulant !

Also i am very honestly want to open Law Court, if any body can helps me about this , i will be happy.

Because since 2012 i am member on DC and i work very well as all you are my friends.
I am not stupid personto let somebody eat my rights.

Not about money, this is Designer and Human Rights, Labour Rights. Today i live, maybe tomorrow you can live.

Please some Good persons who have chracter and moral, helps me.

Actually PHI i have concerns too in DC, in the past project I was selected as a winner however after all the revisions and have a good conversation of the client the disappointment comes because after I submitted all the necessary files all of a sudden the client according to DC refunded the project after 2 weeks of waiting of project approval. I understand the client of non guaranteed project has the right to refund but its very disappointing that after they select your design they will go away with it along with the files and gets nothing. I hope designcrowd defend the rights of the designers because afterall i like designcrowd it is my work for almost 6 years and I love to continue to work here its just their policy why we are into this sentiments.
