Brief de Design de Logo

The company is based in Panama, where over 95% of the homes and real estate products that are produced have a very poor quality. Not only are not well constructed but also the materials selected for finishing are outdated. I am a civil engineer with experience in construction, and am associated with a group that specializes in selecting the best products for homes and apartments. Most of the products come from Italy. Prior to start building the home, we create renders for the different environments of the home, in order to know in advance how the end product is going to look. This is also beneficial, because the construction drawings are aligned exactly with the end needs of the product. For example, you know in advance, where all the electrical outlets need to be in every environment of the home. I am sure that under this assumption, Scuadra projects will be able to charge a premium over the market prices, because the product will be clearly differentiated from the rest. Scuadra, more than a construction, is a company that focuses more in the end product. It is a company that focus more in design, and this is why the Logo should reflect this fact.
