Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for an intimate 60-90 person theatre located in Austin, Texas. This theatre will be based deep in the heart of the Eastside and will feature progressive and compelling works that challenge, inspire and bring people together. The space will also be used as an event rental, specifically during things like SXSW, Formula 1, ACL, etc. It's next door to a food-forward restaurant called Juniper, an art collective called Spraytx, a men's barber shop and clothing store and a brewery. Colors we are interested in are royal blue, navy, gold and other metallics and creams. The logo should be simple and classic, easy to read and convey a level of legitimacy (as many theater companies come and go). Feel free to play around with the word Alchemy and the meaning, "a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation or combination." Thank you so much!
