Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new lithium-ion energy storage (battery) consulting business called "Warner Energy Consulting LLC"; I consult into the battery and energy storage market focusing on lithium-ion and "beyond lithium" next generation batteries for things like electric cars, electric buses, home energy storage, grid and stationary energy storage, industrial vehicles and marine applications. I would like to see option using the initials "JTW" as the company logo, perhaps done in the style of the JRR Tolkien logo (see attached) perhaps being circled by a lithium-ion. I would like the logo to have some "dimensionality" and not be purely one color flat. The text for the company name should be in a font similar to "Baskerville" or similar style. The logo should be on the left side of the text of the company name.
The final logo should communicate a seasoned professional company.
