Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Perth, Australia called 'LivFit'. We offer personal training, online programming for training and nutrition, recovery and mindset protocols and support. I would like to see the use of a blue colour or silvers and grey, but am open to see designs. The final design should show the inclusion of training (weights mainly), nutrition, mindset and recovery or can be towards the whole concept as a whole of training and health. Do not want gimicy, want it to be sleek and professional looking. Would be interested is seeing a design that the name can be separated from also. So name above a logo/symbol so that the logo can be used including the name or seperate, giving variation.
