Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a personal development publication.

The name of the brand is "Thrive Hacker."

Please incorporate the brand name with an icon to the left-hand side. See uploaded files as an example. I'm open to your creative spin, but for the most part the brand is about helping people with their mindset as well as optimizing neural function.

The logo should use blue/black colors and fit in seamlessly with this website template. Please view the header and footer logos on desktop as well as mobile to get an idea: https://jnews.io/health/

I’ll need the ability to modify the source files later in adobe Photoshop. I also need a 2nd version with just the "icon" with no text so I can use it as a social media icon.
