Brief de Design de Poster

We want to make a poster for our offices that beautifully presents our core values.

We want the design to be fun, young and colourful while showing some sophistication.

The poster will be visible to the staff (within the open plan office), and the right colours will need to be used to enhance mood and productivity. Perhaps we could be looking at a colour for each core value? Or potentially some other way for each value to stand out? We have other culture posters that have been created in the past that we would like to stay similar to in style for cohesiveness.

Our office walls are primarily white and navy blue with accents of orange, grey, and turquoise.

In terms of size - we aren't 100% on what size we want, but not only will be print it on the walls, we will also be printing out mini versions for people to put in their cubicles so keep that in mind for font legibility.

Fonts can be experimented with, but they main body font should be Source Sans Pro.

It needs to be clear, punchy and stand out from across the office (while being easy on the eye)

We have a series of cartoon guardians that can be incorporated into the design as well.

I have attached a few sample images that can be used as inspiration. We would like more colour throughout the design. 

Final file should be AI or EPS vector file.
