Brief de Design de Logo

Change is learnable I belong to a small team that would like to establish AlexanderTechnik in large and medium-sized companies for employees (we are already active in several large companies) whether in the office or in production - health prevention in companies. We work on-site and discover health-damaging movement patterns together with our employees and replace them with proper use. Basic knowledge of functional anatomy is conveyed and made tangible and practiced step by step. It is an awareness process that is initiated. "John Dewey The Alexander Technique is a body / mind method that can be used in a variety of areas, whether in sports - health or art - it promotes awareness of harmful movement and behavioral patterns, trains the attention and leads to a more conscious handling The results are light, flowing movements, more energy because less effort.The Alexander Technique is established as a successful form of therapy as well as a preventive method.It involves the human being as a whole in his physical, mental, emotional and social dimensions and supports his learning ability. Clients track down their own behavioral patterns. They learn to omit health impairing habits and build constructive behavior. Right from the start, they are addressed in their self-competence and self-responsibility and shape the therapeutic process. During the sessions, mental strength and physical movement - ie thinking and acting - come together again. Instead of treating symptoms, there will be access to appropriate behavior. AlexanderTechnik therapists or AlexanderTechnik teachers / AlexanderTechnik coaches teach their clients the ability to influence their bodies in a self-effective and beneficial way. After a few therapeutic sessions, positive changes can be felt and what has been learned can be implemented in everyday life. You feel increasingly stronger, healthier and more efficient. The AlexanderTechnik helps with disorders of the musculoskeletal system; as well as with psychosomatic and stress-related disorders, with respiratory and voice problems, with chronic disease states as well as illness and accident consequences.
