Brief de Web Design

I need a couple templates designed for a small corporate website. The corporate site reflects the existence of the parent company which will own various brands/services that have their own websites, so it will mainly be used to present who we are, what we do, what is happening (news/events), how to contact us, link off to our other brand/service sites, as well as post information for public relations, investors, and job opportunities.

The company name is DigiStratum LLC (www.digistratum.com), and the name is representative of stratified layers of interconnected digital services. The corporate site is not expected to generate a bunch of fanfare - that honor will be reserved for the externally linked brand/service sites.

The provided logo may be manipulated in color, size, shape, positioning, etc. to get it to fit with the design, but should be integrated in some way.

What we are looking for is a home page layout as well as a template for an inner page whereby the navigation/logo, etc may be diminished to some extent for the inner pages. We are also interested in reusable elements such as dividers, content containers, etc. in order to represent the types of information described above that we would like to present as described above.

We are particularly interested in consistency of design elements, conservative use of color (including consideration of accessibility concerns), judicious use of whitespace in favor of simplified messaging, and something lending itself well to internationalization/translation.
