Brief de Design de Flyer

Small print company specialising in print for pubs, bard and restaurants looking for someone to design a flyer promoting our services which will be mailed to a database of potential customers. We have the text but need this putting into a nice design. The text is attached.

Ideally we would want separate versions - one for pubs / bars and another for restaurants.
