Brief de Design de Logo

My business is called ScrumHalf. I want use this business to lift the understanding and the value being derived by companies who are following an agile approach. The scrum half is the player in a rugby team who is reading the game, catalysing their game strategy and distributing the ball to wherever it best serves their game plan. I will provide training and consulting services, and hire the sharpest agile practitioners, to accomplish this. The scrum in rugby is when the 2 opposing teams face each other off with their strongest players, the forwards, and they lock into a scrum to move the ball forward using their power and weight. So 8 people + 1 scrum half on each side. Scrum is also the most popular process to follow when implementing agile in teams. Its not only for IT! I want to be relevant to companies thinking about strategy or policy or finance, or people and culture. My business will work with companies that range from startups to large established corporates. People normally use the big circle and little circle image to describe scrum. Have a look at some of my ideas. I also uploaded a typical icon people use to describe the scrum process. I didn't want to hinder your creative juices flowing, so please feel free to take it into a different direction as well. I am looking for that powerful image that is recognisable but also stands apart. I like black on silver, I love the colourful logos, I also like red on white, the darker blues on white backgrounds. As a person, I am brave, fun loving, the guy who finds solutions when others are still talking problem, deep thinker, analytical, can roll with the execs and the doers, easy going, love movies, family man! Really excited to see what you might come up with.
