We need a brochure to introduce a luxury new home community. The brochure needs to have a modern and high end look and feel while still keeping nature a predominant theme.
The "purpose.doc" describes the text and must have images for each page. The "BrandGuidelines.pdf" includes the color palette. The "11x17 halffold-inside.jpg and 11x17halffold-outside.jpg" files include the print guidelines that must be met.
