Brief de Design de Logo

We want a new logo design that is fun and creative. We are in the music education business and teach group piano for kids, and private lessons for older kids and adults in piano, guitar, voice and violin. We are targeting adults now and dropping the toddler program soon so don't want anything that looks like daycare but still want a vibrant, fresh feel. Our website is www,7-notes.com
I like the bird, maybe a penguin as the cute logo? not just text, and some musical notes.
I see the "t" in notes to be a music note if you can. The text should be modern and simple design, clean. I like the colour blue or gradient? maybe a little red?

Families with kids, the audience is educated parents that want their child to study music. Most of the parents are professionals, computer scientist , IT and want to put money at their children as long as it can make them smart. Some of these adults want to take lessons also. We are part of the Yamaha Music School, the most trusted brand in musical instruments. We teach Yamaha methodology but we are our own school and not a franchise. We are a female run, local business. I want to target more young, hip families, mostly Apple users, so they like the minimilist sleek design clean look.
