Brief de Design de Logo

My company will invest in real estate properties, mainly multi family apartment complexes. I'm looking for a professional looking logo that my investors will remember when they see it so it will definitely be used as a brand image for what I do. It doesn't need to have lots of colors either so simple in that aspect is fine.

• If you want to include 3D images or text, that would be great to see. I uploaded some of the things i found on the Net, just to show some of the idea's that i liked. I don't mind if it has some POP to it specially if its a pictorial or emblem logo style.

• I'm ok with only a few colors or even gray scale, having to many colors is over kill.
