Brief de Design Graphique

I own a 12' x 25' digital billboard and I need help with billboard design. My wife is a general dentist that only sees children and is very passionate about giving them a quality dental experience . She has a great reputation in town. Obviously with a billboard there can't be a lot of reading. Maybe something that shows safety, love, experience and children. I am completely open to your ideas. In addition I have other businesses that also need billboard design so this could lead to more work. Just so I'm clear, this project is if for a high resolution dual-sided digital billboard which could potentially be seen by thousands of people a day.
