Brief de Design de Logo

We need logo for company founded in 1992. Our company manage heat source facilities. We need to say to our customer that we have a vision, that company is modern, focused on customer satisfaction but we still respect experiences we got from long company's history. We need to use logo on business cards, invoices, websites, t-shirts and cars. We need to print in black-white so logo should be recognisable also in BW print. We prefer new logo based on old logo with 3 arrows in circle (see attached). There should be highlighted company name "Ekoterm" and at bottom our company focus "Servis kotelen". We need really professional and serious looking logo. Thank you. We will offer winner with future cooperation.
