Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a logo for a new restaurant & bar. The restaurant/bar, RestoBar, will feature Greek and Mediterranean cuisine fused with smoked meats and vegetables inspired from Texas BBQ. We chose the name Fume to showcase our use of a smoker to prepare ingredients. The restaurant will be a relaxed atmosphere during the day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with many specialty alcoholic drinks and craft beers and entertainment with live music and DJ's later in the night. The interior will be designed around a rustic but elegant beach vibe. We would like a subtly elegant design but still mesh with the concepts of the menu and atmosphere.

Our target audience is people between ages 30-50 with budget for entertainment and enjoying a night out. We would like to incorporate some elegance to the design but still pay tribute to the smoked food and ethnicity of the menu.
