Brief de Design de Brochure

Alec, after some thought and a very close look at your services. I have decided to enter into a design agreement with DesignCrowd. The following task is what I need help with:

1) While using our logo develop a captivating, informative and attractive double sided brochure (that can be printed on standard high gloss paper (8 1/2" x 11") that will draw interest and attention to our product shower floors. Information at canadiansoapstone.com. I would like any one picking up the brochure (at a trade show for example) to want to ask questions regarding the product we are selling "shower floors". There should be text and photos. (I have attached a few samples)

I am leaving everything up to your creative team, scour the internet for information, re-write my text. Essentially come up with something that high end hotels and commercial clients will be drawn to.
