Brief de Design de Flyer

Hi, I am a tech enthusiast with a background in robotics, industrial automation and computers. I have currently launched a business to bring wireless voice controlled devices and smart devices into peoples homes at affordable prices, moving away from expensive smart wiring and programming installations. I fix bad wifi in houses and install new smart locks, multi-room audio, automated blinds etc. that can all be controlled through alexa (amazon) or Google Home.

I need a modern and eye catching a5 flyer developed for post box drops that give people an understanding of what smart devices are - google home, amazon alexa etc and how it can improve their lives. I have a couple of examples that I put together before realising that I need professional help. So please use these as a guide if they are helpful.
