Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo for our new real estate business. My partner and I have special needs children and the message we would like to convey to our prospective clients is as follows.... We are real estate agents who provide services for the purchasing and selling of homes in Florida USA.

WE WANT OUR LOGO TO HAVE A HOUSE, HANDS AND A HEART TO REPRESENT WHAT WE DO... COLORS SHOULD BE BLUES AND A TOUCH OF RED!! WE HATE THE ONE WE SUPPLIED SO JUST USE THAT AS A GUIDE...

We want to somehow tie together individuals with disabilities and the sale of real estate. We will be looking to hire other parents of children with special to help them launch their career even though they have a difficult lifestyle. We also plan on giving back to the community from the sales we make. Perhaps our graphic could symbolize not only real estate, but also GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.

• Colors - The colors we would like to use are Navy Blue, Grays, Black and a touch of Red. (Very little Red)
• Logo should have a modern/contemporary look.
• Final files to be supplied are as follows...
• Illustrator file
• PSD - EPS - JPG - BMP - TIF - PNG - ETC.
• Please also supply the high resolution logo on a transparent background
• Please supply the logo in a grayscale version
• Please also supply the logo not only in high resolution versions, but also in low resolution versions for the web.
• Please supply the logo in all White to use as a knockout
