Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo for a new Beach Volleyball Club for juniors in Phoenix, Arizona. The Beach Volleyball Club will cater to beginner through advanced pre-teen through college aged girls looking to play at the highest levels of the sport (high school, club national tournaments, and college).
The club name is "Arizona Juniors Beach Volleyball" and the logo we are looking for will have both the 4 words written out and the acronym, AJBV. We do not have a color scheme yet so any color scheme is an option except for combinations of royal blue with bright red because another club in the area uses those.
