I develop integrative, innovative solutions to address some of the challenges faced by women leaders and entrepreneurs today. By helping women cultivate their leadership presence and skills as well as enhance their emotional resilience and physical health, I equip them with what they need to step into positions of greater visibility and influence and realize success on their own terms.

Although very qualified, some professional women are struggling to find their voice in challenging situations, stay focused and effective under pressure and know how to engage their teams. These women may miss out on important projects, promotions or find it difficult to command respect from peers or superiors. As a result they can lose confidence at work, under perform or allow their insecurities to hold them back from pursuing roles or initiatives that would allow them to step up and make their mark.

My website colors are different kinds of blue and beige/taupe ("brownish"). Important words for the design: strength/courage/confidence/professional/leading/reliable/elegance/(health). I know that is a lot (get a feel for it by visiting my website)

I prefer modern, clear, simple and elegant.
