Brief de Design de Logo

We are an existing New Zealand education & migration company and already have a logo that is very NZ focused. We are now moving into adding other destination countries and are keen to have a new logo that denotes this change. The logo should ideally continue elements of the old logo like the bold AJV alphabets and the elliptical shape. But we are open to new ideas and suggestions. We like the included Aptech logo which has alphabets, a picture as well as two captions. We would like something like that so that people know immediately what it is.
