Thanks for inviting me but let me share a few words about your VERY interesting "Innovation Lab Wall Art" project.

1. Katrina is right and your "Poster's" or Graphic Design surface dimensions are important to have. Accordingly, design must consider student users' eye sight and observation distance possibilities.

2. The project is so interesting that it would be worth and interior design, design proposal including your Wall Art. Many interesting ideas pop out already but I would prefer to develop further the idea with an interesting job and/or payment offer (via Design Crowd), to really present and "out of the box" - better - "out of the stadium" integral design proposal. All the elements are right there and amazing ideas definitely will appear.

In addition, I would recommend to guarantee payment.
It would truly encourage more designers (including us) to make it worth spending their time in your project.

Our department is called "Innovation Lab" and the room itself is called "Outside the Box", however we would like to stay away from naming labels in our design to convey to staff that this is their space as well, rather than the Innovation Lab's special little room. I'll update the brief to include this.
