Brief de Design de Logo

We need a design for a logo for our real estate website. We focus on second homes primarily in the Southern European countries (for the moment just France and Spain but Italy will follow) Our target group is mostly self made entrepeneurs and nusiness owners in the Netherlands, UK, Scandinavia and Germany.

Our website is called 2residence.com coming from second residence. We want our logo to express modernity and class. It should have a link with what we do (selling high end property) and use the colour scheme you find on the website (the light blue colour could fit nice together with white).

We want to communicate that we have a no nonsense approach to business and are reliable and dynamic.
