Brief de Design de Menu

The Wessex is a traditional British eatery in Southern Spain serving Pub/Bistro style classic dishes....

We require a new, simple, yet punchy design for our A4 hardback menu covers....

1. Designs should be submitted for both the outside FRONT and REAR cover....

2. A separate design for the INSIDE is to be included and can be much simpler. This is left to the designers discretion as long as it fits with the overall design....

3. Background colour to be along the lines of Stone/Light Grey, With the Design in a darker Grey/Black...

I have enclosed some attachments of the direction in which we would like to go, and are keen to stay along those lines....

Your design is for an evening menu where Steak, Lamb Shank, Chicken, homemade Pie and other classic pub style food all feature heavily. Some of the enclosed attachments feature fast food (we are not) and these are only supplied to show the style we feel would suit our business....
