Brief de Design Autocollant

I'm a Realtor in Vancouver, BC. I'm also a home brewer (of beer). As a gift to my clients, I'll be dropping off 3-6 750ml bottles of beer to their front door periodically. I'll need a label that will be used as a standard bottle label for all bottles, in addition to a neck sticker label that I'll adhere to the neck of the bottle. The neck sticker will be my contact info and real estate info, while the label needs to be something edgy and eye catching. I've included my business card, which may be useful for creative ideas and txt that will likely go on the label. I've included a picture of the pint glasses that were made for me in the past, personal photos of myself and my current business card. Feel free to leverage the design style on this glass as a basis for the design, or do something completely different. I've included a past design created for a magazine that may also be useful as a template.

A few ideas: This beer will be a pale ale. One idea was to name it or use the term "For Sale Pale", maybe on a remax for sale sign or something similar.

Another idea was to use personal photos of myself (which I've attached), one from the 90's and one from present day, using a caption like "Keeping your Real Estate and Beer needs in mind since the 90's"...or...Keeping it REAL Estate friendly since the 90's" or any other clever copy.
