I am not sure that I understand. Why are you unable to submit your design?

i am getting following notification:

"Please note... This contest is restricted to designers who have at least 2.5 star rating in the graphic category"

Let me submit my design.... You will like it.

You can't submit your design. Cause your rating on stationary design is below 2.5 star.
