Brief de Design de Flyer

I am looking for a full-size brochure for a mobile app (iPad - not on iPhone) that is used in the pharmaceutical clinical trial industry of 8 pages (Letter format). The total content is about 1000 words (attached). This brochure needs to be an attractive design and the design should support the content. The goal of the brochure to persuade people to try the application, so it needs to be inviting to read and save the brochure. We need to print this as well as be able to distribute this as a PDF, so we need a small size PDF file and a high res print-ready PDF. The brochure needs to be designed in accordance with the brandbook (attached).
