Brief de Design de Logo

design logo for race team. we have an endurance race team of 5 guys. need a logo to put on our race car and t shirts. something fun. were a bunch of jokers. would like character style with the character resembling one of our drivers upper torso and head with one arm out in front of him with his thumb up and smiling. Character could be a little cartoonish. need the text "BIG GUY Racing" somewhere in or around logo. size to fit for future T shirt printing ie: square, not a long rectangular design.
