Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new cafe in Brisbane CBD. The cafe is located in the Brisbane city on Albert Street near the Botanic Garden.
This cafe will be used various upmarket premium specialty coffee beans.

Our slogan is "Love All Beans" and will be named as L.A.B

We want the logo to be timeless as well as trendy, unique and simple.
I like the TELSA logo style. The font and colour is very important to me and please do not put the images like Bean, leaf or cup. Thank you

I would like the design to be very simple but on point and I want "L.A.B" word use to be expressed as elegance and ultimate design. So I could use for branding on merchandise and retail coffee bean bag as well.

The logo also would be nicely sit on the white take away cup and easily recognised on the street.
