Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an Asian Burger fast food chain that will be based in South East Asia first before expanding to the rest of Asia and potentially to Western countries.

The burgers will be very unique where there is a heavy Asian spin to it, for example there will be burgers like Chicken Rice burger, where the buns will be Chicken Rice while the meat will be chicken (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hainanese_chicken_rice). As such, the name of the fast food chain will be called "Hawker", to pay homage to our Asian roots.

We would like to see designs that subtly hint to our Asian roots and include the "Hawker" name in it. We would also like it to be a cleaner and classy logo design more along the lines of Shake Shack's and Chipotle's (and not like a pizza hut or taco bell). Let us stick to less than 3 colors, we have no preference over the colors for now.
