Is it important for you to have all the information listed in your brochures? If so do you mind condensing of information.

What would you like to be your key stand out image/phrase on the front of the brochure?

Could you provide a picture of someone using the software at a terminal? (This makes it a little more personal if you see someone in action).

How about people an updated list of current users? (maybe that posted on a map could show adoption of your product).

Ideally, we would like the content to be largely as has been attached with the project. Without changing the approach, it may not be possible to condense the information substantially. Yes, the content can be reduced, but, will need a different message and approach. This is linked to your next point about key message / phrase. As drafted, the message is that " we offer an integrated software for independent and chain food services businesses'. The proposed content is accordingly structured into -

1. brief introduction to the solution and our company.
2. Benefits.
3. Products for independents.
4. products for chains.

We will give the matter some thought and get back to you in the next day or two, if we can come up with an alternative and more concise approach.

I regret that we od not have stock shots that you could use. But, as mentioned in our project description, we would be willing to pay for stock shots. What we suggest is that you use trial images and propose what you wish to buy. If we approve, we can make the purchase. Of course, we would request that you try to use royalty free images or choose images that are affordable.

Instead of a 'list of current users', we suggest we use a single customer referral. That would include an image and a short endorsement.

We are looking for ONE folder and two inserts / brochures / flyers. The inserts will be put inside the folder.

We will be inserting other A4 size documents also in the folder (not in the scope of this design project). So, the size of the folder will need to be slightly bigger than A4. The inserts would, normally, be A4 or letter size.

We plan to print the folder and inserts.
