Brief de Design de Logo

I need a custom monogram logo which will be used to create a die for debossing leather or card stock. This is a private/personal gift, not a business purpose, and the design will not be shared publicly. The logo should have an overall Celtic feel to it, and consist of an octopus with 6 of its thinner arms forming a celtic knot into a circle, and the two thicker arms cupped over the top in a half circle like a hat. Inside the circle, the monogram "BDD" in overlapping/knotting letters with a nice Celtic font, and at the bottom, in between a gap left by the knots on either side, a small print phrase "Athléimnach mar Béar" in a Celtic font. The whole should be adorned by not overly complex, in the manner of most Celtic designs, and should consist solely of lines of varying thicknesses - no textures.
