Brief de Design de Logo

In the Real Estate industry, there is a phrase "higher and better uses for a home". I.E., to put something to higher and better use. This logo will try to capture that feeling. My business is named "Higher and Better".

My initial idea is a home with wings (maybe with clouds or not?), but I'm open to creative interpretations of this phrase. I'm thinking forest or other green as a beginning color palette. Whatever colors are used, I'd like the logo to work and look good in a single color please. Whichever logo I choose, I'll need square and rectangular versions, so that they can work for any use I choose.

Bonus points if you hide a cannabis leaf somewhere in the design so small that it can really only be recognized in the full res illustrator/photoshop file. I love a good double entendre! ;)

Logo text should be in a separate layer so that it's optional / editable.

I'll want the illustrator / photoshop files for the design I choose.
