Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a graphic design for a triathlon racing team called Speed Revolution. Our logo is red, black and white and we would like to use those colors plus a carbon fibre looking background for the jerseys, jackets and shorts.
We want the kits to be bold, flashy and communicate speed.
We like the idea of utilizing the lightning bolt throughout.

We also would like our domain featured speedrevolution.ca

I will attach logo files, the design templates for the clothing and some samples of what we like.
