Brief de Design de Logo

My organization provides educational materials helping Catholics and non-Catholics understand the heritage, history and teachings of the Catholic Church. The CH stands for Catholic Heritage. I will offer numerous educational materials and will eventually create an online website hosting numerous courses, PDFs, forums and other resources.

My website site will be focused on the sources of the past (i.e., writings of the saints, decrees of the Council’s etc.) and how they help Catholics make sense of the present and their beliefs.

I would like people to be able to recognize the logo CH just as people are able to recognize the famous logos like NY for for the New York Yankees or LA for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

I like the design of the logo of Catholic Answers (catholic.com). My educational materials will be similar but more academically oriented. That is to say, I will have footnotes, annotated bibliographies, lectures and eventually an online learning community.

• the two letters CH; preferably in caps
• the shaping of the words in the form of a church / steeple
• solid color for letters
• a vectored image which would allow me to scale the image up or down for different platforms (e.g. Twitter, facebook etc.)

• a more traditional strong font
• full name "catholic heritage" spelled out to the right hand side or even below

Ne doit pas comporter

• I need the main logo (i.e., CH) to fit in narrow/small spaces (e.g., twitter or Instagram logo).
