Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed to propel our first advertising campaign which will be via social media. Our Company name is "Divine Residentials". We design custom one off homes to suit peoples life style and budget.. We are after a vivid 3d stye logo containing any or all of the colours black, electric blue, silver, white . Our plan would be for a dark background business card so the logo needs to keep this in mind (either black or a dark grey/silver background). We would like to see a contemporary style roofline (flat or skillion) or house to good effect in the logo if possible, not essential. I will put a example of this as an attachment.. Also we love the effected text in the Seacrest Homes logo which we will attach to.. Being designers ourselves we understand the design process and do not want to limit you, so please feel free to be creative and ignore our brief if you think you can sway us in other direction... lol Please no hip roof shapes and no cursive text styles
