Brief de Design de T-shirt

Wanting a shirt design with the text

I am a Mahou Shoujo

and includes an image of a magical girl. I'm attaching a few images of magical girls as inspiration. I want the character to be original as opposed to a fan work of an existing character. I ultimately leave the positioning of the girl up to the designer, but one thought I had was of her off to the side of the text and then extending a wand/magical staff over top of the text.

I am looking to print the shirts at Teespring, so it should fit the dimensions of 2400x3300 and should be printable, so 150-300dpi.
