Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an existing consulting company based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Blueprime Technology Management (blueprime.ca) manages clean energy technology R&D (research & development) programs for government-university-industry joint initiatives. Our consulting services offer the highest standard of professionalism delivered through our project managers with extensive training (PhD and MBA) and experiences in academia, gov't and industrial environment. Another parallel service is our upcoming software-as-a-service (Saas) platform for technology analytics designed for R&D managers to manage their projects portfolio.
We'd like to see a clean professional yet classic look that communicates "approachable" personality. We'd like to see a design that include a "prime" symbol in blue colour. The logo should only include the word "Blueprime" (or "blueprime"), and NOT the rest of "...technology management..".

Update (Dec 16): I have uploaded a design that I made, but it needs your finishing touch on different variations, different font styles (existing is too playful), relative proportions,, etc.
