Brief de Design de Brochure

This brochure is designed to be multi purposed, here are a few objectives:
1. To provide a receipt for septic services rendered onsite to customers. The receipt has coupons to entice each customer to use us in the future. This brochure also gives this customer tips on how to best keep their septic system from developing issues. By providing additional company information the septic customer can become educated about the other lines of service we provide in the area, i.e. Trash pick up, & roll-off dumpsters. Optimally we would want a septic customer to be so impressed with our septic work that they would trust us to serve them in the other areas we offer.
2. The brochure is a means of obtaining ratings and reviews for our online profiles, i.e. Google, & Angie's list. It is already hard enough to get a customer to give us 5-star ratings, so this is a useful tool to try and bait the customer to get a price reduction on their total cost for septic services by rating us or performing an online review. We want to have a place on the brochure that references our current 5-star ratings on Google, Facebook, and Angie's list see the attached example.
3. This brochure is not only useful for septic clients but can also be used for general advertising, we leave these brochures in a variety of public locations. Thus it would be efficient to show all lines of business and provide the information needed to acquire new clients.
4. Photographs are a critical component of our plan, customers like to SEE what we do and who we are. Thus, please find a creative way of including photos of what we offer by means of services and products. For individuals who have seen our brand around town, a photographic reminder might help this potential clients to recognizing who we are.
5. I will attach a copy of our last DesignCrowd project to this project to give you an idea of how we like to present ourselves.
6. We want to encourage the Spanish speaking individuals to call us for translated material.
7. We need to mention pricing on this brochure for all 3 lines of business, i'll find a way to provide those to you.
8. We don't know what size to choose, one size is 8.5'' x 11'' the other size is 8.5'' x 14'. Perhaps you can help us choose. not sure if we should have a trifold (3 pane) or quadfold (4 pane) brochure. We want to express ourselves creatively and not just provide boring information.
9. we need to have an american flag somewhere on display
